SHIPPING POLICY
All orders ship via United States Postal Service standard shipping.
If you need products to arrive sooner, please contact me and I’ll be happy work with you.
TURNAROUND TIME
Our turnaround time starts the next business day after you place an order. Any order after 5PM Central time will be considered to be placed the next day. All orders have a two to three business day turn around. Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of bath and body products, all sales are final. If a product arrives damaged or you have any other concerns, please feel free to contact me within three days of receiving your damaged product regarding your order.
PAYMENT METHOD
Cherry Ridge Soaps accepts all major credit cards. All orders must be paid in full before they will be shipped.
